My first feature was made by three of us. A true “A3 Man Crew Production.” We wore many hats. The main ones were camera operator, sound tech, and director, often all in the same day. That scrappy, hands on work taught me to tell strong stories with whatever we had.

I am carrying that spirit into a new chapter. I named my venture A3 Man Crew Productions as a tribute to those beginnings, but the vision is larger. Through our parent company, A3 Creative Strategy Group, LLC, we are building a home for stories rooted in culture that reach beyond film.

We are expanding into brand strategy, script development, storyboards, preproduction, photography, digital marketing, live events, training, and e learning. We are developing original films, launching a short form streaming platform, and mentoring diverse emerging talent so the next generation of creators can shine.

As the production arm of A3 Creative Strategy Group,  LLC,  A3 Man Crew Productions makes both traditional and immersive stories. With devices like Apple Vision Pro and Oculus Quest, we will create 180° short form content that rises above TikTok and Instagram trends. Stories you do not just watch, but experience.

Primary audience: We start in the United States, focusing on Black and Latino viewers. They are early adopters of new media yet underserved in immersive storytelling. They engage deeply with mobile entertainment, which makes them an ideal launch market.

Market size: In the United States, Black and Latino consumers total more than 80 million people and have over $3 trillion in combined buying power. They are among the most active streaming and mobile video audiences.

Growth plan: We will launch domestically to sharpen content and distribution. Then we will expand to global markets with strong demand for culturally rich, mobile first immersive entertainment.

Kemuel  is the Founder and CEO of A3 Creative Strategy Group. He leads strategy and production across film, branded content, and short form streaming. A versatile filmmaker, he produces, directs, writes, and edits. He runs crews under tight deadlines and builds teams that deliver.

His approach blends craft with purpose and a faith centered perspective. He brings a rigorous New York City corporate background to budgeting, operations, and client communication. Kemuel is calm under pressure, clear with stakeholders, and focused on outcomes. He guides projects from development through post and delivers on time and on budget.

Christine Tyson De Jesus

Christine Tyson De Jesus

Christine  is a Senior Talent Agent at Crystal Ship Artists Talent and Literacy Agency, based in New York with offices in Los Angeles and in London. CSA represents actors, directors, writers, and producers across film, television, theatre, and new media.  

A New York City native, Christine began as a Script Supervisor and grew into a Talent Manager before becoming an agent at CSA. Since joining the team, she has built a roster of working actors who book credited roles in television and film and sustain strong, enduring careers.

Charlene Gordon Hunte

Charlene Gordon Hunte

Charlene  is a seasoned financial leader in film production with 15 years of experience across multiple production companies. Former chief financial employee, she manages budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and audits from development through delivery. She partners with producers, legal, and vendors to keep shows on schedule and within budget.

Charlene oversees production accounting teams, union payroll, tax incentive tracking, and investor reporting. She builds clear, accurate models and forecasts to guide greenlight decisions. Known for steady judgment, clean books, and calm problem solving in fast moving environments.

Scott Knukle

Scott Knukle

Scott is a seasoned head of production who has led crews at multiple production companies. He plans, budgets, and delivers projects on time while protecting story and safety. His background spans narrative, documentary, branded content, and live events. Scott is known for calm leadership, clean workflows, and clear communication with directors, clients, and vendors. He builds efficient schedules, negotiates resources, and keeps teams focused.

Now with A3 Creative Strategy Group, LLC, Scott brings steady hands and practical problem solving to every set, guiding productions from prep to final delivery.

Roslyn Nieves

Roslyn Nieves

Roslyn is a producer and former manager at QPTV,  with leadership roles at other media companies. She builds audiences, partnerships, and revenue through clear positioning and smart distribution. At QPTV she guided brand strategy, multiplatform campaigns, and carriage while producing programs from development through delivery.

Roslyn negotiates with stations, platforms, and sponsors, aligning creative, sales, and community outreach. She is known for organized execution, collaborative teams, and measurable results. She brings a practical, purpose driven approach to marketing, content packaging, and market expansion and impact.
